9. TechNexus Talent Network
The TechNexus Talent Network is an opt-in candidate pool that we use to introduce qualified individuals to hiring needs at TechNexus portfolio companies. Participation is voluntary and requires your explicit consent at the time you submit the form on our Careers page.
What we collect
When you join the Talent Network, we collect: your full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, current or most recent role, function or area of expertise, current availability, and (optionally) a resume in PDF format. We also record the date and time of your consent and the IP address from which the form was submitted, as a record of opt-in.
How we use it
We use this information solely to evaluate fit and to introduce you to TechNexus portfolio companies that have relevant openings. We may also contact you periodically to keep your profile current or to invite you to events or programs that we believe will be of interest to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for general marketing or advertising purposes.
Who we share it with
Your profile and resume are shared only with TechNexus team members and, on a case-by-case basis, with hiring managers at TechNexus portfolio companies that have an open role matching your background. We do not share your information with third-party recruiting agencies, data brokers, or any party outside the TechNexus portfolio.
How long we keep it
We retain Talent Network records for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of your most recent consent. After 24 months we will either ask you to renew your consent or, if we do not hear from you, securely delete your record. You may request deletion at any time and we will delete your record (including your resume) within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.
Your rights
- Right to access and correction. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you in the Talent Network and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
- Right to erasure. You may request that we delete your record at any time. Every confirmation email we send includes a one-click opt-out link, and you may also email us directly at [email protected].
- Right to withdraw consent. Because participation is consent-based, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting any other relationship with TechNexus.
How to contact us about the Talent Network
For all data requests, deletion requests, or questions about the Talent Network, please email [email protected]. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
